Applications are invited from highly motivated students studying in the science stream for admission to 5-Year BS-MS (Dual Degree) and 4-Year BS Degree Programs in the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) at Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati for the academic session of 2024-25.

Applicants must carefully go through the Instructions and the FAQ section on the website before filling up the form.

Fees:

A non-refundable application fee of ₹2000 (1000 for SC/ST/Kashmiri Migrant/PWD candidates) is applicable.

SCHOLARSHIP

Admitted students may be eligible for a limited number of INSPIRE scholarship as per the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India norms.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who have passed Class XII/equivalent examination in science stream (in 2022, 2023 or 2024) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) are eligible to apply for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2024.

Candidates must have taken at least three subjects, among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) exam.

All admissions will be only through IAT 2024.
