CCRT – The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training
CCRT – The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training is an autonomous organisation under Ministry of Culture of Government of India. Established in May 1979, to support cultural education, with its inception it took over the Scheme-Propagation of Culture among College and School students, which was being implemented by Delhi University since 1970, where a Research and Production Cell was functioning for this purpose.
CCRT – सांस्कृतिक संसाधने आणि प्रशिक्षण केंद्र ही भारत सरकारच्या सांस्कृतिक मंत्रालयाच्या अंतर्गत एक स्वायत्त संस्था आहे. मे 1979 मध्ये, सांस्कृतिक शिक्षणास पाठबळ देण्यासाठी स्थापना केली गेली. स्थापनेनंतर CCRT ने महाविद्यालय आणि शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये संस्कृतीचा प्रसार योजना हाती घेतली. अगोदर 1970 पासून दिल्ली विद्यापीठाद्वारे हु योजना राबविण्यात येत होती. तिथे या उद्देशासाठी एक संशोधन आणि उत्पादन सेल कार्यरत होता.
CCRT – The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training: Activities-
1) It organises activities such as school tours to museums, monuments and craft centres.
CCRT संग्रहालये, स्मारके आणि हस्तकला केंद्रांना शालेय दौरे यासारखे उपक्रम आयोजित करते.
2) It collects teaching resources including photographs, audio recordings, films and software.
CCRT छायाचित्रे, ऑडिओ रेकॉर्डिंग, चित्रपट आणि सॉफ्टवेअरसह शिक्षण संसाधने गोळा करते.
3) It publishes materials to promote understanding of Indian art and culture.
भारतीय कला आणि संस्कृती समजून घेण्यासाठी CCRT साहित्य प्रकाशित करते.
4) It has a “Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme” for children aged 10–14, to help them develop their abilities in cultural fields especially rarer forms of art.
यामध्ये 10-14 वयोगटातील मुलांसाठी “सांस्कृतिक प्रतिभा शोध शिष्यवृत्ती योजना” आहे, ज्यामुळे त्यांना सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्रात विशेषत: दुर्मिळ कला प्रकारांमध्ये त्यांची क्षमता विकसित करण्यात मदत होते.
5) It presents annual “CCRT Teachers’ Awards”
उल्लेखनीय काम करणाऱ्या शिक्षकांना वार्षिक “CCRT शिक्षक पुरस्कार” दिला जातो.
6) It arranges training workshops for teachers teaching at Class First to Twelfth. There are variations in the training workshops and sessions as per the requirements of the students belonging to different classes from the first to the twelfth.
इयत्ता पहिली ते बारावीपर्यंत शिकवणाऱ्या शिक्षकांसाठी CCRT प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळेचे आयोजन करते. पहिली ते बारावीपर्यंतच्या विविध वर्गांतील विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळा आणि सत्रांमध्ये तफावत असते.
7) Teachers get information of India’s rich culture, tradition, trends and heritage. It creates awareness among teachers to take care of India’s heritage and monuments.
शिक्षकांना भारताची समृद्ध संस्कृती, परंपरा, ट्रेंड आणि वारसा यांची माहिती मिळते. भारताच्या वारसा आणि स्मारकांची काळजी घेण्यासाठी शिक्षकांमध्ये जागरुकता निर्माण करते.
8) It provides free third A.C train travelling facility or economy class plane travelling facility along with bus journey. There is free accommodation facility in the regional centers’ hostels or hotels. It provides free breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner every day. Free tourist visits are also arranged during the sessions.
यात बस प्रवासासोबत मोफत थर्ड A.C ट्रेन प्रवास सुविधा किंवा इकॉनॉमी क्लास विमान प्रवास सुविधा उपलब्ध आहे. प्रादेशिक केंद्रांच्या वसतिगृहांमध्ये किंवा हॉटेलमध्ये मोफत राहण्याची सोय आहे. हे दररोज मोफत नाश्ता, चहा, दुपारचे जेवण आणि रात्रीचे जेवण देते. सत्रादरम्यान मोफत पर्यटक भेटींचीही व्यवस्था केली जाते.
CCRT arranges lectures on Indian culture, art, music, sculpture, dance, singing etc. for teachers during the training sessions. There are workshops on Indian arts like pottery, handicraft, painting, singing dancing, acting and drawing. The specialists provide a demo, and the participants try to get skill in that art.
CCRT प्रशिक्षण सत्रादरम्यान शिक्षकांसाठी भारतीय संस्कृती, कला, संगीत, शिल्पकला, नृत्य, गायन इत्यादी विषयांवर व्याख्याने आयोजित करते. मातीची भांडी, हस्तकला, चित्रकला, गायन नृत्य, अभिनय आणि चित्रकला या भारतीय कलांवर कार्यशाळा आयीजीत केल्या जातात. तज्ञ एक डेमो देतात आणि सहभागी त्या कलेत कौशल्य मिळविण्याचा प्रयत्न करतात.
9) CCRT arranges puppet show, historical tour, visit to museum or palace, documentary show, visit to monuments etc. for the participants.
CCRT सहभागींसाठी कठपुतळी शो, ऐतिहासिक दौरा, संग्रहालय किंवा राजवाड्याला भेट, माहितीपट शो, स्मारकांना भेट इत्यादीची व्यवस्था करते.
10) Teachers from all over India can participate in the programs of CCRT. Good friendship and harmony develop among the teachers from different states.
CCRT च्या कार्यक्रमांमध्ये संपूर्ण भारतातील शिक्षक सहभागी होऊ शकतात. वेगवेगळ्या राज्यांतील शिक्षकांमध्ये चांगली मैत्री आणि एकोपा निर्माण होतो.

My Participation in CCRT – The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training:
I have participated in CCRT, Delhi organized program ‘Orientation Course for teachers’ during 22 January 2018 to 10 February 2018 at the regional center of CCRT- Udaipur, Rajasthan. It was a unique experience.
मी CCRT, दिल्लीच्या प्रादेशिक केंद्र- उदयपूर, राजस्थान येथे 22 जानेवारी 2018 ते 10 फेब्रुवारी 2018 दरम्यान आयोजित ‘शिक्षकांसाठी ओरिएंटेशन (अभिमुखता) अभ्यासक्रम’ या कार्यक्रमात भाग घेतला आहे.
I came in contact with the teachers from 14 states. I actively participated in all the training workshops. I got a chance to become a comparer for the cultural program arranged by Maharashtra teachers in that workshop. I visited various palaces of Rajasthan and other important historical places.
तो एक आगळा वेगळा अनुभव होता. मी 14 राज्यांतील शिक्षकांच्या संपर्कात आलो. मी सर्व प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळांमध्ये सक्रिय सहभाग घेतला. त्या कार्यशाळेत महाराष्ट्रातील शिक्षकांनी आयोजित केलेल्या सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमासाठी मला निवेदक बनण्याची संधी मिळाली. मी राजस्थानातील विविध राजवाडे आणि इतर महत्त्वाच्या ऐतिहासिक स्थळांना भेटी दिल्या.
Registration is open for all teachers working in aided schools of India. It’s central government program. So teachers get on duty leave for it. CCRT sends online link for the registration to teachers. When the link gets, fill the form and join the course.
भारतातील अनुदानित शाळांमध्ये काम करणाऱ्या सर्व शिक्षकांसाठी नोंदणी खुली आहे. केंद्र सरकारचा हा उपक्रम आहे. त्यामुळे शिक्षकांना त्यासाठी कर्तव्य पगारी रजा मिळते. CCRT शिक्षकांना नोंदणीसाठी ऑनलाइन लिंक पाठवते. लिंक मिळाल्यावर फॉर्म भरून कोर्स जॉईन करता येतो.
